We use the above information solely to:

1. Invite you to the early‑access program
2. Send occasional product updates and surveys

4. Third‑party subprocessors

We store lead data in Netlify and send emails via Gmail. Both vendors comply with GDPR and CCPA.

5. Opt‑out & deletion

Every email includes an Unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing derekbolyard@gmail.com.

We’ll email you if we materially change this notice.
